The Opportunity Forest Grove Retirement Living, located in Durack, is one of the largest retirement living communities in Queensland, nestled amongst 34 hectares of greenery and home to 600+ residents! The team at Forest Grove have an opportunity for an experienced and dedicated  Registered Nurse to join our team on a permanent part-time basis! Your ability to build a strong rapport with families and work closely with a dedicated team will help ensure that interpersonal outcomes are exceeded.  This is a permanent part-time opportunity working - Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday 6.45am-3pm. Ability to take extra shifts on other days if/when team members are on leave. What we offer $47.57/hr + superannuation + relevant Nurses Award entitlements including penalty rates, overtime and allowances  Employee Referral Program and Employee Assistance Program Discounts to Health Insurance and Retail & Leisure partner providers Opportunities for further career progression Be part of a friendly and supportive team in a caring retirement living community Opportunity to work across a number of our neighbouring communities You will Ensure the delivery of person-centred care at the highest possible standards Ensuring all residents receive general and support services in line with their care plans and be accountable for all medication management Maintain effective inter-personal relationships with residents and wider stakeholders  Liaise effectively with external service providers who provide care within the community Attend to any first-aid emergencies throughout the retirement village What you will bring Current AHPRA Division 1 registration and CPR certificate (required) Current Police Check clearance (required, however we can complete for you) Two (2) COVID-19 Vaccinations (required) Experienced Nurse, preferably in Community Care or Retirement Living (desired) Trustworthy, reliable & enjoy working in a team environment  Who we are As a leader in retirement living, with 30 years' experience,  Aveo provides the stability and confidence to try new things and keep innovating.
