ABOUT THE ROLE
The Scheduler is a key member of the Scheduling and Planning team and is responsible for planning and scheduling the matching process between the Support Workers and the participants within their allocated regions to achieve efficient permanent scheduling, optimisation and service allocation goals.
This is achieved whilst building strong working relationships and providing optimum customer service to our internal stakeholders and external customers. You will be responsible for coordinating Support Worker rosters, ensuring continuity of care, award compliance, and responsive service delivery.
KEY DUTIES
• Schedule and optimise Support Worker rosters
• Ensure adherence to the Rostering & Award Guide and relevant Awards
• Manage service changes and workforce availability
• Communicate with participants and Support Workers
• Support efficient workforce planning
• Collaborate with Operations and Case Management teams
• Participating in Rotating roster of On-Call duties for staff scheduling (including weekend work)
ABOUT YOU
• Experience in rostering, scheduling, or workforce coordination
• Knowledge of aged care or disability services and awards preferred
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Confident communicator with a customer-focused mindset
