Boddington is a flagship Newmont gold and copper operation in Western Australia, located about 130 kilometres south-east of Perth and 16 kilometres from the rural town of Boddington. Your impact
As a Supervisor, Engineering, Tailings, you'll lead the planning and execution of critical construction activities supporting Newmont Boddington Gold's Tailings Storage Facility (RDA). Working closely with contractors, engineers and operational stakeholders, you will ensure tailings dam construction and earthworks programs are delivered safely, efficiently and in line with quality, regulatory and operational requirements.

Work Environment
This role operates on a 5/2, 4/3 roster and is based at Boddington Gold Mine, one of Australia's largest open-pit gold mining operations.
Village accommodation is available for the successful candidate, with the option to live locally and commute daily under a Drive In / Drive Out (DIDO) arrangement.
Reporting to the Superintendent, Tailings and Water, you will work closely with contractors, engineers, consultants and operational stakeholders to support the construction and long-term development of Newmont's Tailings Storage Facility. The role includes leadership responsibility for engineering and project personnel and provides exposure to large-scale earthworks, capital projects and critical tailings infrastructure.
