Western suburbs pizza and pasta restaurant requires a head chef for management of all kitchen operations. Preferred start date is ASAPbut negotiable for the right candidate. Ideally you will have experience in an Italian/Pizza setting.

You should have the following experience:

· Managing a multi functional kitchen as head chef

· Leadership and mentoring staff

· Hands on approach

.Confident in running pans,grill,fryer .

· Stock control and ordering

Your main duties will be:

· Full management of kitchen operations

· Staff management and rostering

· Cost control

· Menu refinement

This is a full time salaried position with availability needed across all days. You will be reporting straight to the Directors and will be our key appointment in reforming our business operations.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $75,000.00 – $85,000.00 per year

Work Location: In person
