Recruitment Consultant- Blue Collar

About the role

As a Recruitment Consultant, you will manage the end-to-end recruitment process for blue-collar positions across all avenues of our business. You'll be responsible for building talent pipelines, maintaining strong candidate relationships, and ensuring a seamless recruitment experience from attraction through to onboarding.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for casual and full-time employees.

• Source, screen, interview, and onboard candidates.

• Build and maintain talent pools to support current and future workforce requirements.

• Coordinate pre-employment checks, compliance requirements, and onboarding activities.

• Monitor recruitment metrics and provide regular updates to the HR Manager.

• Promote a positive candidate experience and employer brand.

About you

• Previous experience in recruitment, labour hire, talent acquisition, or a similar people-focused role.

• Experience recruiting for blue-collar or industrial-based positions is highly desirable.

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.

• A proactive, resilient, and solutions-focused approach.

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to compliance.

• Proficiency with recruitment systems and Microsoft Office applications.
