We’re currently looking for a Part-Time 2IC (Second-in-Charge) to support the leadership team at our Warringah Mall store.

Responsibilities:
Assist the Store Manager in overseeing daily store operations.
Lead and motivate a team of passionate sales associates when a store manager is not present
Contribute to creating a positive and customer-focused environment.
Assist with inventory management and stock control.
Provide exceptional customer service and address inquiries.
Support the implementation of visual merchandising strategies.
Requirements:
Proven experience in a retail leadership role, preferably in the fashion industry.
Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to lead and inspire a team to achieve goals.
Passion for fashion and a keen understanding of industry trends.
Flexibility to work weekends and evenings as needed.
Available part-time, flexible working days
