Front of House Staff

We are looking for a friendly and motivated Front of House team member to join our hospitality team. You will be the face of our venue, delivering exceptional customer service and creating a warm, welcoming experience for every guest.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and seat guests in a timely and professional manner
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
• Deliver food and drinks to tables and ensure guest satisfaction throughout their visit
• Maintain a clean and well-presented dining area
• Process payments and handle the POS system
• Communicate effectively with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service
• Assist with opening and closing duties

What We're Looking For:

• Previous experience in a front of house or hospitality role (preferred but not essential)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A positive, can-do attitude with a strong work ethic
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and public holidays
• RSA certification (or willingness to obtain)

Pay: $27.00 – $35.00 per hour
