Mowing and Garden Maintenance Operator

Join our team as a Mowing and Garden Maintenance Operator in North Brisbane, where you'll help bring lush, green lawns to life! We are a trusted landscaping and lawn care company looking for a motivated individual with a love for the outdoors, excellent attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering top-quality results for our clients. We are looking for someone to join the team on a casual basis only, with 2 to 4 days per week of work available.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform lawn maintenance tasks, including mowing, trimming, edging and hedge trimming

• Identify lawn care needs such as pest control, weed management, and soil health

• Use and maintain lawn care equipment safely and efficiently

• Provide exceptional customer service and communicate with clients regarding lawn care plans and updates

• Ensure all work is completed to the highest standards of quality and safety

• Operate Zero-turn mowers, brush cutters and push mowers safely and efficiently

Requirements:

• Previous experience in lawn care, landscaping, or grounds maintenance is preferred

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Physical stamina to handle outdoor work in various weather conditions

• A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

• Right to work in Australia

• Ability to pass a National Police Check
