About The Role
We're looking for an Occupational Therapist to join our East/Inner South team, based in an area including Hawthorn, Camberwell, Richmond, South Yarra, Brighton and surrounding suburbs.
This is a fully mobile role, working across participants' homes, schools and the community, built around where you live. You'll have access to a clinic base in Brighton East for assessments, as well as hybrid access to our Northcote office if that's convenient. Open to full-time and part-time.
You'll be joining a team spanning early career through to senior clinicians, with access to colleagues holding specialist skills in assistive technology. Caseload can be split evenly across paediatrics and adults, or weighted toward your interests.
What You'll Be Doing
Deliver person-centred OT services across home, school, and community settingsComplete functional assessments and intervention planningSupport participants with disability, including autism, ADHD, intellectual disability and global developmental delayWork on assistive technology prescription and, depending on interest, mental health-related OT supportCollaborate with your team and broader multidisciplinary colleagues on complex casesTake part in shadowing, mentoring, and small group support as part of your onboarding

Bachelor or Master of Occupational TherapyCurrent AHPRA registration (or eligibility)NDIS Worker Screening Check and Working With Children Check, or willingness to obtainDriver's licence and access to a reliable vehicle, this is a fully mobile role, so this is genuinely requiredStrong communication and organisational skillsSomeone who enjoys building relationships with colleagues, both socially and professionally, and sharing wins along the way
