About The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager or a Senior Engineer/Superintendent ready to take the next step in their career to lead the delivery of a major civil works package in the Pilbara.
You will be responsible for the safe, efficient, and profitable delivery of project works, leading Project Engineers, Superintendents, Site Supervisors, and Safety and Maintenance support teams. Working closely with clients, site personnel, and senior leadership, you will drive operational performance, foster a strong safety culture, and ensure successful project outcomes.
This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated leader who thrives in a remote mining environment and is passionate about developing teams and delivering results.

About You

• Proven experience in road construction and maintenance
• Senior Engineering, Project Management, or Superintendent background
• Strong leadership and team development capability
• Excellent stakeholder and client relationship management skills
• Sound knowledge of Mines Safety and Inspection and Work Health & Safety legislation
• Strong planning and project delivery capability
• Understanding of safety requirements within a mining environment
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Strong time management skills, with the ability to prioritise and delegate effectively
• Section 26 (S26) qualification desirable
• Relevant tertiary qualifications highly regarded
• Unrestricted Australian working rights
• Minimum 5 years' experience in a senior engineering or project management role
