Perth Ceiling Repair Specialists is an established residential ceiling repair and maintenance business serving clients across the Perth metro area. We're known for quality workmanship, efficient turnarounds, and a professional service our clients trust. We're growing our team and hiring at multiple levels — from assistants learning the trade through to experienced leads and subbies after flexible ABN arrangements.

The Work

Hands-on residential ceiling repair and maintenance work across Perth, including:

◦ Sectional cut-outs and replacements

◦ Sagging ceiling repairs — including rescrew and strapping

◦ Full ceiling replacements

◦ Flush, set and finish work

Jobs are scheduled across the greater Perth metro area, from Yanchep to Mandurah. Where possible, we schedule our teams by region — North/Central and South/Central — to keep travel manageable.

You'll be allocated jobs across the metro area and are expected to take full ownership of every job you complete, with the support of an experienced team behind you.

Roles & Remuneration

We're hiring across two tiers — your experience determines where you land:

● Lead Fixer / Flusher (FTE)

$100,000 per year + super + 4 weeks annual leave + paid public holidays

Company vehicle offered after a successful probation period. Own tools required.

● Assistant Fixer / Flusher (FTE)

$95,000 per year + super + 4 weeks annual leave + paid public holidays

Fuel card supplied after a successful probation period. Own vehicle and tools required.

What You Need

Regardless of level, we're looking for people who:

◦ Have hands-on experience in ceiling fixing, flushing or plastering (residential preferred)

◦ Hold a current White Card and police clearance

◦ Have a professional attitude and take pride in their work

◦ Friendly, professional manner when dealing with clients and homeowners in their homes

◦ Willingness to undergo a pre-employment drug and alcohol test prior to commencement

◦ Are willing to travel across the Perth metro area

◦ Have their own tools
