Tops Elite Granite & Marble has been supplying premium stone benchtops throughout Central Queensland for over 20 years. We pride ourselves on outstanding workmanship, exceptional customer service and creating beautiful benchtops.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and friendly Receptionist / Showroom Sales Assistant to join our team.

This is a full-time position with an immediate start available.

Whether you’re an experienced receptionist looking for a change or someone beginning your career with a positive attitude and willingness to learn, we’d love to hear from you.

About the role

This is a varied position where no two days are the same.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Greeting customers into our showroom

• Answering incoming phone calls and emails

• Assisting customers with selecting stone colours and products

• Preparing quotations and following up enquiries

• Ordering samples and maintaining the showroom

• General office administration

• Supporting our sales and production team

Full training will be provided on our products and systems.

We’re looking for someone who:

• Has a warm and friendly personality

• Presents professionally

• Has excellent communication skills

• Is organised and able to multitask

• Has good computer skills (Microsoft Office experience is desirable)

• Enjoys helping customers

• Takes pride in their work

• Is reliable, honest and punctual

Previous reception or administration experience is welcome but not essential.
