Our client has been a player in the CCaaS space for over 30 years, they are focussed, bespoke, technically gifted team who have carved a niche in business transformation, CCaaS, CX and EX. They partner with the best vendors in this space, AWS Connect, Zendesk, SF to name a few.

We need someone who enjoys being part of a smaller team, you should enjoy getting involved, hands dirty, coming up with solutions and bringing maturity to a growing business.
We're seeking an experienced Project Manager with as many years of CCaaS, CX and EX experience as you can get. Ideally you'll have successfully managed numerous AWS Connect solutions over your time and have a general understanding of all CCaaS solutions as well as CX and EX - such as Zendesk, SF etc.
