Pharmacy Students - Summer Placement

Echuca Regional Health is offering a summer placement opportunity for pharmacy students.

This role provides hands-on experience in hospital pharmacy, allowing students to apply their university learning in a real healthcare environment.

Working alongside pharmacists and multidisciplinary healthcare teams, students develop practical skills in patient care, medication safety, and professional practice.

The placement aims to build confidence, knowledge, and readiness for future hospital pharmacy careers.

It also supports the development of a skilled future pharmacy workforce by enhancing students' employability and understanding of hospital practice.

There are two 4 week, full time placements available.

Placement dates can flexible, with an aim to start in November 2026.

Students Must Be

available for the full 4 week placementCurrently enrolled in 3rd year Bachelor of Pharmacy or equivalentHave an interest in hospital pharmacy
