About the Role
We are seeking a qualified Electrician to join the VIC team, working across a variety of commercial projects including installations, fit outs, fault-finding, and maintenance. You’ll gain hands-on experience across multiple sites with a steady pipeline of work.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out electrical works for new fit outs, refurbishments, and maintenance projects
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems and equipment in commercial settings
- Perform electrical wiring, testing, troubleshooting, and fault-finding
- Ensure compliance with Australian standards, safety codes, and client requirements
- Work effectively alongside other trades, subcontractors, and project teams
- Provide practical solutions to onsite electrical challenges
- Travel to multiple VIC sites and occasional interstate projects as required
Skills and Experience - Current VIC Electrical Licence essential
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar commercial electrician role
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, installations, and Australian standards
- Experience with data wiring, CCTV, and alarms highly desirable (training provided if required)
- White Card and PPE essential
- Valid driver's licence and reliable transport
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
