The RoleThe Store Manager plays a pivotal role in driving exceptional customer experience and operational excellence. This position oversees HR functions, inventory management, visual merchandising, staff development, and financial performance.
You will work closely with our Training, Marketing and Product Coordinators to ensure the store runs efficiently, meets sales objectives, and provides a motivating and inclusive environment for both customers and staff.
We’re looking for a proactive leader with a can-do mindset—someone who inspires their team, leads by example, and is committed to continuous growth.
Key ResponsibilitiesLeadership & Team Development
Recruit, onboard, coach, and performance-manage a high-performing team.
Deliver ongoing training and foster a culture of accountability, positivity, and growth.
Customer Experience
Model exceptional service behaviours and drive a customer-first culture.
Support conversion, UPT, AOV, loyalty capture, and service consistency in line with brand expectations.
Operational Excellence
Oversee daily store operations, ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, and service standards.
Maintain a clean, organised, and efficient store environment.
Inventory Management
Manage stock control processes, ensure accurate inventory levels, and implement strategies to optimise product availability and minimise loss.
Visual Merchandising
Execute VM direction and maintain a strong brand identity through impactful and commercially driven displays.
Financial Performance
Drive sales results through data-led decision-making, team coaching, and strategic planning.
Monitor wage spend, productivity, and store profitability.
Communication & Collaboration
Maintain clear communication with the Area Manager and HQ teams.
Provide insights, feedback, and reporting to support wider business success.
