FOH Team Member

Purpose

Simply put the job of a FOH Team Member is to deliver the "Varsity Experience" to all customers. Amazing customer service is one of the most important aspects of the role. Mastering the 6 points of contact is key. 

Responsibilities

Delighting Customers with Amazing Service:

• Prepare to wow our guests with your infectious smile, charisma, and lightning-fast service. We want their jaws to drop as they experience unparalleled customer service in our burger bar. Unleash your creativity as you help create a clean and inviting atmosphere that keeps our guests raving about our spotless establishment.
• No ordinary pour will suffice! We need you to become a pint-pouring prodigy, skillfully creating the perfect head and maintaining the ideal beer-to-foam ratio.

Practicing Responsible Service of Alcohol:

• Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) is our secret ingredient for a safe and enjoyable dining experience. Show off your ability to serve drinks responsibly while still keeping the good times flowing.

Excelling as a Delivery Service Partner:

• Unleash your inner delivery ninja as you master order entry and packing for our delivery service partners. Your timeliness and precision will guide you on the path to burger bliss.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a bar or hospitality setting.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Knowledge of different types of beverages, cocktails, and their ingredients is beneficial.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
• Basic math skills for cash handling and order processing.
• Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a team-oriented mindset.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
