About the role

We are seeking a junior or entry level IT Coordinator to join our team on a full-time basis in Canning Vale, WA. This role is essential to supporting the IT Manager providing hands on assistance maintaining IT systems, hardware, software, networks and user support. As IT Coordinator, you will be at the forefront ensuring our systems run smoothly and efficiently. This position would suite someone just out of study or with some IT experience, offering the opportunity to develop your IT career whilst making a tangible impact on our daily operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Providing first-line technical support to end-users via telephone, email and in-person, addressing IT issues promptly and professionally

• Assist with business system enquiries

• Investigate and resolve issues

• Maintain IT Asset Management system

• Supporting IT projects and initiatives

• Assist with data cleanup, data entry and maintenance of system information

• Build and maintain strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders

About You

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to all levels

• Strong attention to detail, a problem solving mindset and a proactive approach to identify and resolve issues

• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team

• Ability to multi task

• Intermediate excel skills and Microsoft Office suite

• Certificate or Diploma in IT

• Previous experience within an IT role advantageous, but not essential
