As a Chef at Mingara, you'll play a key role in delivering exceptional dining experiences to our members and guests. Working across a variety of food offerings, you'll have the opportunity to showcase your skills, develop your craft and contribute fresh ideas in a professional and collaborative kitchen environment.

No two days are the same. You'll work alongside experienced hospitality professionals, continue to grow your career and take pride in producing high-quality food that looks as good as it tastes.

About You 

You’ll bring:

• A friendly, energetic personality and can-do attitude

• Solid cooking skills and experience in a busy kitchen

• High standards in food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness

• Creativity, attention to detail, and a desire to keep learning

• Flexibility to work a mix of shifts across nights, weekends, and public holidays 

A Cert III in Commercial Cookery or other relevant qualifications and RSA/RCG certificates are highly regarded. 

Your Commitment 

We want you to be autonomous and will give you the trust to make key decisions. Flexibility is a must and is required to meet the needs of a 7 day a week business.
