Role: People & Culture Advisor Salary: In the range of $84,000 to $86,000 Location: Bligh Street, Syndey NSW 2000 Contract: Permanent Full-Time Employer: Mantra Hospitality Admin Pty Ltd Date Posted: 27 August 2026 Applications Close: 24 September 2026 Primary Responsibilities Act as the primary point of contact for all matters related to employee relations, performance management, and disciplinary issues providing guidance and advisory support to management at property Conduct and offer guidance on performance reviews, oversee training initiatives, and assume responsibility for fostering high-performing talent within the region Plan, execute, and facilitate training programs and drive proactive recruitment and retention strategies for the region Offer support to our injury management team regarding Workers Compensation claims (without direct claim management involvement) Assist with recruiting and selecting key operational positions within the region Organise and coordinate reward and recognition events and activities across your portfolio, collaborating with operational stakeholders Skills and Experience Previous experience in a Human Resources advisory or business partner role, with a preference for prior experience in the Hospitality or Tourism sector Demonstrated ability to foster relationships across all levels of the organisation
