About the Role
We’re seeking a welcoming and organised Project Administrator to join us in a Full-time role. You’ll be in the office located in Edinburgh and are required to work Monday to Friday.
This role is perfect if you enjoy variety, supporting people, and keeping things running smoothly.
What you’ll do
Payroll data entry – ensuring accurate and timely data entry
Training coordination – bookings, allocations and follow up of completion
Travel and accommodation bookings
HSE support – Meeting minutes, agenda setting and issue Work Place Inspection audit sheets
Maintain RDO and availability rosters
Raise Purchase Orders for various requirements
Goods and Services reconciliation – Credit Cards, Petty Cash, CabCharge
About You
Friendly, approachable, and organised
Strong attention to detail
Comfortable juggling multiple priorities and needs
Proactive and reliable in keeping things running
Demonstrated discretion and professionalism with sensitive/HR information
Understands data privacy, confidentiality and record-keeping expectations
