About the Opportunity

As a Derrimut Personal Trainer, you’ll operate your own PT business within our facility while receiving ongoing mentorship, systems and support to help you succeed. You’ll have the freedom to run your own business while benefiting from an established membership base and proven lead generation strategies. Whether your goal is to coach general population clients, athletes, weight loss clients or strength enthusiasts, we’ll help you create a business that reflects your passion.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Deliver high-quality 1:1 Personal Training

• Coach Semi-Private Training sessions

• Build and grow your own PT business

• Create personalised programs that deliver results

• Build lasting relationships with members

• Maintain a professional presence on the gym floor

• Contribute to an energetic and supportive club culture

• Continue developing your coaching and business skills

Through our partnership with the National Health & Fitness Academy (NHFA), we’ll help you take the first step into the fitness industry.

If you’re passionate about helping people and willing to invest in becoming qualified, we’ll guide you through the pathway into Personal Training and support you as you build your business after certification.

No experience is required, just the right attitude, work ethic and willingness to learn.
