We’ve grown from a single brick-and-mortar store in 1977 to 10 conveniently located stores today. With an expanding online division, industrial sales department and in-house service and repair division, Toolmart is setting its sights on the next 45 years servicing WA. To achieve this, we require both effective management and a skilled staff. We are currently looking for a Full-Time Store Manager to join our team in the Northern Suburbs.

About the role:
This full-time role requires an experienced and driven Store Manager. You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of store operations, driving sales and profitability, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience. As Store Manager, you will be a key team member, contributing to the overall success of our business. Roster includes some Saturday shifts.
What you'll be doing
Manage all day-to-day store operations, including inventory management, staff, and direct sales
Providing exceptional customer service to customers and offering solutions as required
Lead and motivate your team, delivering sales targets and KPIs
A creative thinker with fresh ideas for displays, promotions, and local marketing

A positive “can do” attitude and friendly manner
Strong problem-solving and decision-making
Experience in retail sales and leadership
A self-motivated, self-starter, with the ability to demonstrate initiative
Comfortable with technology – computer literacy is a must
A strong customer service focus – we look after our tradies!
Trade experience on the tools is a bonus.
