Full-Time Receptionist – Better Pet VetsAre you a people person who loves pets just as much as their owners do? Better Pet Vets is looking for a Full-Time Receptionist to join our friendly and dedicated team.About the Role:
This position (38 hours per week across 4 working days, with 1 RDO) is at the heart of our clinic’s daily operations. You’ll be the friendly first point of contact for our clients, ensuring every visit — whether in person or over the phone — is welcoming, efficient, and stress-free.Key Responsibilities:Greeting clients and managing the flow of pets and people through the clinicScheduling appointments, processing payments, and maintaining accurate recordsProviding clear, compassionate communication and support to clientsAssisting with administrative tasks, marketing support, and stock controlUpholding high standards of hygiene, safety, and customer serviceSupporting our veterinary and nursing team to help the day run smoothlyAbout You:
