Specialist Support Coordinator / Social Worker

Specialist Support Coordinator | Subcontractor | Adelaide | Hybrid

WIRU is looking for qualified Social Workers and recent Social Work graduates who are interested in working across the NDIS, disability and criminal justice sectors.

This is a unique opportunity to work directly with people involved in the justice system, including supporting clients while in prison, through their transition, and back into the community.

You’ll provide Specialist Support Coordination and case management, helping clients navigate the NDIS, connect with services and work towards greater stability and independence.

New graduates are encouraged to apply!
Previous Specialist Support Coordination experience is a bonus, but not essential. We’re looking for people who are organised, compassionate, confident working with complex situations and keen to learn.

• Social Work degree and eligibility for AASW membership

• 100 points of ID

• Driver’s licence + comprehensive vehicle insurance

• NDIS Worker Screening Check

• Working with Children Check

• Public Liability & Professional Indemnity Insurance

• Certified copy of your Social Work qualification

• Sole Trader ABN (WIRU does not engage companies)
