The role

We are seeking a values-driven Cleaning & Maintenance person to clean and maintain our store in Gundagai, NSW. This hands-on role involves being responsible for maintaining cleanliness and safety of external areas, restrooms, and staff facilities; performing basic repairs and routine maintenance including plumbing, painting, and groundskeeping; overseeing third-party landscaping and pest control services; ensuring safety compliance through regular inspections; and maintaining accurate records and reporting hazards, maintenance tasks, and supply inventories

Apply if you have: 

• Proven experience in a similar maintenance or handyperson role, preferably within hospitality or service environments.

• Basic skills in carpentry, plumbing and general repairs.

• Competence with garden equipment, pressure washers, and hand tools.

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

• Strong communication and time management skills.

• Physical fitness to perform manual work outdoors in varying weather conditions.

• Driver’s licence and reliable transport preferred.

• Training and experience in ladder safety and working at heights is essential.
