This is an opportunity for an experienced Service Advisor looking to step into leadership, or an existing Assistant Service Manager looking for a new challenge with genuine career progression.

You will play a key part in the daily operation of our service department by:

• Delivering exceptional customer service.
• Supporting the management team.
• Managing customer enquiries and service bookings.
• Following up Work in Progress and keeping customers informed.
• Working closely with technicians and workshop control.
• Assisting with customer concerns and escalations.
• Identifying opportunities to maximise workshop sales and efficiency.
• Helping lead and develop the front counter team.

You have:

• Previous experience as an Automotive Service Advisor.
• Outstanding communication and organisational skills.
• A strong focus on customer satisfaction.
• The ability to perform under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude.
• A desire to develop your career and become a leader within the automotive industry.
