About the role
The Opportunity
The Faculty of Engineering, UNSW, has a continuing opportunity for a Program Manager (Culture & Development). In this strategic role, you will design, develop and deliver initiatives that strengthen equity, diversity and inclusion, foster a culture of belonging, and enhance career and professional development across the Faculty. Working collaboratively with senior leaders and key stakeholders across UNSW, you will lead programs that support academic and professional staff to grow, perform and contribute to the Faculty’s strategic priorities.
This is an opportunity to make a meaningful impact across UNSW Engineering by leading culture, inclusion and staff development initiatives from concept through to delivery and evaluation. You will be an accomplished relationship builder with strong stakeholder and end-to-end project management skills, outstanding communication and organisational capabilities, and the ability to work effectively both autonomously and across multidisciplinary teams. Importantly, you will bring a genuine passion for culture and development initiatives and a positive, collaborative approach to organisational culture and change.
This role reports to the Deputy Dean (Societal Impact and Translation) and has no direct reports.
