About the role

As a Property Manager, the responsibilities are extensive and varied however, you will primarily be accountable for the overall management of residential properties on behalf of and to the satisfaction of the owner and the tenant. The principal challenge in the position is to increase the number of properties managed by LJ Hooker Bankstown I Liverpool and to devise innovative strategies to obtain an increase in net management revenue. The role will require you to work 5 days a week.

Skills and experience

• Experience required minimum 2 years

• Required: Class 2 License in Real Estate

• An amazing level of energy, enthusiasm and a great attitude

• Self-Motivated

• Excellent written and verbal communication

• Be a team player

• Impeccable presentation

• Honesty and reliability

• Attention to detail

• Understanding of MS office programs

• Your own car and a current driver's license
