Dozer Operators – Night Shift (7:7 Roster | Port Hedland / FIFO)

Proudly headquartered in Port Hedland, Everything Earth completes a variety of works across civil construction, earthworks, roadworks, concrete construction and bulk haulage. We are seeking experienced dozer operators to join our team.

This is a night shift role on a 7:7 roster. Residential applicants are preferred, however FIFO will be offered to the right candidate.

You will be primarily engaged in operating D10 dozers on night shift works. From time to time, you may be required to operate other plant and equipment depending on project requirements.

To be successful, you will have proven experience in civil construction works, including bulk earthworks and dozer operations. You will be adaptable, safety-focused and capable of working within a high-performing team environment.

The role will include, but is not limited to:

Operating D10 dozers on night shift
Bulk earthworks operations
Working across active mine sites
Operating additional plant as required including excavators, skid steer, roller and water cart

Role responsibilities

Safe and efficient operation of dozers and associated plant
Reading and interpreting construction plans and specifications
Maintaining high standards of quality, productivity and safety
Working effectively within a team to meet project deadlines
Adhering to all site safety procedures and requirements

Required skills and experience

Demonstrated experience operating dozers in civil environments
Experience within civil, quarry or earthmoving
MR or HR Australian Driver’s Licence
Ability to complete a Pre-Employment Medical
