As a Commercial Coordinator with e&s, you will play a key role in supporting our VIC Commercial Sales team within our Noble Park Support Centre. This role is central to ensuring smooth day-to-day operations across our New Homes and Volume Builder portfolios, providing high-quality administrative and customer support in a fast-paced environment.

You’ll be part of a collaborative team that keeps everything moving behind the scenes, ensuring our customers and commercial partners receive a seamless experience.

This role involves:

• Managing a high volume of inbound calls and emails with professionalism and urgency.
• Coordinating quotes, pricing and customer enquiries for commercial accounts.
• Processing customer orders accurately and in a timely manner.
• Managing deliveries, stock availability and liaising with suppliers.
• Supporting the Commercial Sales Team with pricing, quotations and general administration.
• Tracking orders, managing invoicing and supporting aftersales service resolution.
• Maintaining accurate records, documentation and reporting across systems (including NetSuite).
• Assisting with process improvements and ensuring compliance with company policies.

• Experience in administration, sales support or customer service (commercial industry experience desirable but not essential).
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong time management and the ability to prioritise effectively.
• Confident IT skills with the ability to learn new systems quickly (NetSuite experience advantageous).
• A proactive, can-do attitude with a strong work ethic.
• A team-focused approach with a genuine commitment to supporting internal and external stakeholders.
