Amplifon Brand Ambassador

We are looking for like-minded people-lovers to join our team as a Client Engagement Officer, working with an in-store team at one of Australia's most trusted hearing care providers: Amplifon.

ABOUT THE ROLE

This is a customer interaction role, you'll be the friendly face at store entry, engaging shoppers passing through the shopping center and helping to introduce them to one of Australia's leading hearing care providers.

Your job is simple but meaningful: connect with people, start conversations, and improve hearing health awareness by encouraging them to have their hearing checked in-store without cost or further obligation.

ABOUT YOU

· A naturally warm, outgoing and personable communicator

· A genuine passion for customer service and connecting with people

· Some retail or sales experience: you know how to read a room

· Confidence approaching strangers and starting conversations spontaneously

· Reliable availability during rostered hours

· Impeccable personal presentation and grooming

Applicants must possess valid Australian work rights or equivalent authorisation to work in Australia.

Hours: Monday to Friday, 10:00am – 3:00pm and Saturday, 10:00am – 2:00pm
