The Role
You will be the first point of contact for our clients. You will handle inbound enquiries, resolve issues, and guide customers through their leasing and salary packaging journey.

You will work in a fast-paced environment where accuracy, responsiveness, and ownership matter.

What You Will Do

• Answer inbound calls and emails from customers and employers

• Assist with salary packaging enquiries and explain the benefits to our customers

• Assist with lease enquiries, payments, applications, and account support

• Resolve issues quickly and escalate where required

• Manage customer records with accuracy and attention to detail

• Liaise with internal teams to deliver outcomes for clients

• Identify improvements in processes and customer experience

• Meet service standards and response time targets

What You Bring

• Strong customer service or administrative experience

• Clear communication and confidence on the phone

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively

• High attention to detail and accountability

• Comfort working in a structured, process-driven environment

• Experience in finance, fleet, or salary packaging is an advantage

Working Environment
