About the role
About Us:
Livability Care Australia stands as a premier, approved NDIS Supported Independent Living (SIL) provider. We serve South Australia and Queensland, helping participants find homes tailored to their unique preferences and goals. Our rapidly growing team is on the lookout for a motivated Lifestyle and Service Delivery Leader to join us at our Mount Barker (5251) Sites.
The Role:
As a Lifestyle and Service Delivery Leader, you'll be at the forefront of delivering individualised support plans within a dynamic SDA environment.
Daily duties include:
Supervise daily site operations and support services.
Lead and guide a team of Disability Support Workers to provide a high-quality, person-centred culture.
Provide direct support to participants, including personal care, community engagement, and educational development.
Implement strategies from Positive Behavior Support Plans.
Manage participant budgets and 24/7 rosters.
Ensure compliance with incident reporting, care plan updates, and restrictive practice reporting.
Conduct case management meetings and NDIS consultations with families, carers, and stakeholders.
Train and mentor, your team and champion LCA’s CARE Values
Support NDIS budgeting and asset management.
Collaborate with the Service Manager and team members.
Ideal Candidate Requirements:
Proven leadership experience, ideally in disability services.
Strong working knowledge of NDIS guidelines and processes.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Technologically savvy for roster management.
Essential Skills & Qualifications:
Strong background in disability support, ideally with experience managing challenging behaviours and/or autism spectrum disorders.
Certificate III or higher in Individual Support/Disability or related field.
Experience in a leadership role, managing teams and complex care.
MAPA trained (highly desired)
