We are a licensed charcoal BBQ bistro located in Glen Waverley, grilled BBQ skewers, drinks, and bistro-style share plates.

We are now looking for reliable and experienced bartender to join our team.

Bartender :

We are looking for a friendly, reliable and experienced Bartender / Bar Attendant to join our licensed charcoal BBQ bistro in Glen Waverley.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast pace restaurant environment, serving drinks, supporting floor service and creating a good guest experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks

• Make basic cocktails, highballs, beer, wine and house drinks

• Maintain a clean, organised and well-stocked bar area

• Check stock levels and assist with bar ordering when required

• Follow RSA requirements and responsible service of alcohol procedures

• Assist with drink recommendations and customer service

• Work closely with floor and kitchen teams during busy dinner service

• Help with closing duties, cleaning and bar pack-down

Requirements:

• Previous bar or restaurant experience preferred

• Current RSA certificate required

• Good knowledge of beer, wine, spirits and basic cocktails preferred

• Friendly, well-presented and confident with customers

• Able to work in a fast-paced dinner and late-night service environment

• Reliable, punctual and team-focused

• Able to work evenings, weekends and public holidays

• Legal working rights in Australia
