JNM Supports is a values-driven behaviour support provider on the Central Coast, and we're growing our team of contractors. About the Role

This is a flexible, work-from-home contracting arrangement suited to experienced practitioners who are ready to manage their own caseload and schedule. You'll work directly with NDIS participants and their support networks to deliver high-quality, evidence-based Positive Behaviour Support.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Conducting Functional Behaviour Assessments (FBA)

• Developing person-centred, NDIS-compliant Interim and Comprehensive Behaviour Support Plans

• Providing training and guidance to participants’ care teams

• Collecting, analysing, and using data to monitor and adjust behaviour support strategies

• Collaborating with participants, families, and multidisciplinary teams

• Ensuring compliance with NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission requirements

About You

You're a motivated, ethical practitioner who takes pride in delivering quality behaviour support. You work well autonomously but value collaboration and clinical oversight.

You will have:

• Current NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission registration as a Behaviour Support Practitioner

• A degree in Psychology, Social Work, Social Welfare, Behavioural Science, or a related field

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Behaviour Support Practitioner (Core level or above)

• Demonstrated experience writing NDIS-compliant Interim and Comprehensive Behaviour Support Plans

• Sound knowledge of restrictive practices and relevant legislative requirements

• Strong ability to manage a complex caseload and prioritise effectively

• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills

• A genuine commitment to evidence-based practice, continuous professional development, and measuring clinical outcomes

• A proactive, positive attitude and a willingness to grow

Requirements

• Australian Business Number (ABN)

• Professional Indemnity and Public Liability Insurance

• NDIS Worker Screening Check

• Working With Children Check
