About the Opportunity

A fantastic opportunity has become available for a Stage 3 Primary Teacher at Loreto Normanhurst Primary School. This role is permanent full time commencing Term 1 2027.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging, evidence-informed learning programs for Stage 3 students across the primary curriculum.
• Create a motivating and inclusive learning environment that caters to the diverse needs of all students through varied teaching strategies and pedagogical practices.
• Develop and maintain collegial relationships with colleagues, students and families, contributing positively to the wider school community.
• Demonstrate a strong commitment to pastoral care and the social and emotional wellbeing of students.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience

• A qualified secondary Primary teacher with a strong understanding of the syllabus requirements and current NESA accreditation.  
• Be confident in differentiating the curriculum in the classroom and committed to improving educational outcomes.
• Outstanding planning and organising skills, with strong attention to detail.
• All staff members at Loreto Normanhurst must participate in the Loreto Normanhurst Student Growth Model, which may mean being part of an Integrated Learning Team.
• Ability to use ICT to facilitate and enrich student learning and engagement.
