Production Co-ordinator

Our client is a wholly owned subsidiary of a Western Australian based public company with diversified business interests and a long-standing reputation for business excellence.

This company is recognised Australia wide for its expertise in the manufacture of various concrete products with a broad application throughout the commercial construction, civil, government infrastructure, resources/mining, architectural and residential building markets.

The company is also recognised for being highly innovative and uses “state of the art” technological processes in the manufacture of its premium range of products. 

The Position

Based in the north eastern suburbs of Perth, you will report to the Production Manager and accept responsibility for the co-ordination of a broad range of production activities around production schedules, labour and material requirements. You will also be involved in quality inspection and liaison with other key personnel around programmes and delivery requirements.

The Person

The preferred applicant will demonstrate success as a proven Production Co-ordinator, Production Planner or Administration Co-ordinator.

Specific experience in the concrete or the construction industry is highly desirable.

Alternatively, you may have worked in the manufacture of other technical, industrial or commercial products.    

Your inherent work style and personal qualities will include drive and determination, a “can do” attitude, sense of urgency, solutions orientated (issue identification and problem solver), the ability to prioritise, sound planning skills as well as being organised, methodical and disciplined. 

A relevant technical or engineering qualification would be advantageous.
