Conferre Group is seeking motivated and passionate Chefs to join our kitchen teams at Tipo 00 and Osteria Ilaria. An exciting position is available for a serious candidates who are seeking to further their career. The successful applicants will work closely with our executive and head chefs.

The Conferre family spans CBD venues Tipo 00, Osteria Ilaria, Harriot and in Brunswick East, Figlia and Grana. 

Exciting positions are available at Tipo 00 amd Osteria Ilaria for a serious candidates who are seeking to further their career. The successful applicants will work closely with the head chef and will need to be able to run the section independently. With leadership from our executive chef and head chefs this is your opportunity to further develop your skills.
Successful applicants must have 3 years of experience in a similar role.

• 2+ years experience within hatted or premium restaurants
• Creativity and passion for the industry
• Initiative in generating ideas and creative alternatives according to seasonality
• Effective communication skills
• Trade qualifications
• Availability to work a variety of shifts
• A proven background in a similar role
• The right to work in Australia
