You'll Do Outbound Outreach: Connect with the public to engage in meaningful conversations about hearing health.

Educate & Guide: Share vital information and direct customers toward the right solutions for their needs. Appointment Setting: Book hearing tests and consultations with our specialists. Database Management: Efficiently navigate multiple internal software systems to track customer journeys.

What We're Looking For

Customer-Centric Mindset: A genuine passion for helping people, paired with empathy and resilience. Strong Communication: Ability to build quick rapport over the phone. Relevant Experience: Background in customer service (retail, hospitality, or contact centres highly regarded).
