About the role
WOLF is a proud family-owned business and Telstra Partner with more than 37 years of experience serving regional communities. From humble beginnings, we have grown to operate four Telstra Partner stores across Gippsland, the Surf Coast and the Southern Grampians, building a reputation for outstanding customer service, local knowledge and genuine community involvement.
In July 2026, we proudly opened our newest store in Hamilton. The response from the local community has been fantastic, and due to strong customer demand and continued business growth, we are expanding our team.
At WOLF, we're passionate about helping people stay connected. Whether it's finding the right mobile plan, setting up the latest device, improving home internet, or supporting local businesses with technology solutions, our team is committed to making technology simple and delivering an exceptional customer experience every time.
Your role will align with our company goal: delivering industry‑leading customer service across Telstra’s product range, including mobile phones, mobile and home internet, and the latest technology and broadband solutions.
Key Responsibilities
You will assist customers in‑store by:
Understanding their needs
Recommending the right Telstra products and plans
Assisting with the setup of new devices from Apple, Samsung and Google
Providing clear, friendly support to ensure a positive customer experience
We provide flexibility and full on‑the‑job training. The Hamilton store is led by an experienced manager with over 20 years in the industry, ensuring strong guidance and support throughout your learning journey.
Previous Telstra experience is highly regarded but not essential. If you have a positive attitude, a willingness to learn, and enjoy helping people, we would like to hear from you.
A genuine passion for customer service and technology
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work under pressure and manage time effectively
Interest in new technology and helping customers understand it
Goal‑oriented and motivated by achievement
Smart, professional presentation
Applicants must be 18 years or older.
Recognition and reward programs with OTE
Weekly reviews to support performance and development
Commission structure based on sales and customer service outcomes
A supportive, friendly team environment with genuine opportunities for growth
Our roster typically includes five days per week, with regular Saturday half‑day shifts. This will be discussed during the interview process.
Applications can be submitted via SEEK, however we strongly encourage you to introduce yourself in person by delivering your application to our Torquay Manager, Andrea Barnes, or Shae Haefele (Owner) during business hours.
