About the Role

We are currently seeking a self-motivated and customer orientated individual to fill the role of Volkswagen Service Advisor. This position will be based at our modern Mile End service department.

Skills and Experience:

• You will have at least two year's previous experience as a Service Advisor within the automotive sector

• Superior customer service skills  

• Mechanical knowledge is not essential but would be beneficial  

• Motivated and hard-working with a positive approach 

• Reliable, professional, and customer orientated

• Ability to perform well under pressure and excels working within a team environment 

The successful candidate will possess excellent administration and data entry skills along with advanced computer skills. Dealership and Pentana ERA experience is also highly desirable.
