We are seeking a chef or cook to join our Kitchen team at Terrey Hills on a casual basis. 

Reporting to the Kitchen Manager / Head Chef, you will be responsible for delivering daily food production, maintaining food safety and hygiene requirements, and supporting kitchen operations. The ideal candidates will thrive in a fast-paced environment, demonstrate strong organisation, and contribute to the ongoing growth and success of the company.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and deliver high-quality food for our venue

• Support menu execution and assist with service improvements

• Maintain strict compliance with Food Safety regulations

• Operate and care for brand-new kitchen equipment and facilities

• Contribute to a positive kitchen culture and excellent customer experiences

Qualifications

• Certificate III in Commercial Cookery (or equivalent trade qualification) for Chef roles

• Prior experience in kitchen or café operations is essential

• Food Safety Supervisor, Food Handling and First Aid certifications (or willingness to obtain)

• Strong communication skills

• Ability to work under pressure and maintain consistent quality
