Business Analyt (Entry / Junior)

Role Description This part-time Business Analyst (Entry / Junior) role at Cercle RH is a hybrid position based in Sydney, NSW, with a mix of onsite work and work from home. The role involves gathering and documenting business requirements, assisting in mapping and improving business processes, and supporting the analysis of data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities. The Business Analyst will collaborate with cross-functional teams to clarify needs, validate assumptions, and contribute to recommendations that support operational and strategic decisions. Daily activities include preparing reports and presentations, maintaining documentation, and supporting testing and implementation of process or system changes under the guidance of more senior team members.
Qualifications
Strong Analytical Skills and ability to interpret quantitative and qualitative data to support decision-making.Foundational Business Analysis capabilities, including requirements gathering, documentation, and stakeholder engagement.Effective Communication skills for collaborating with diverse teams and presenting findings clearly.Understanding of Business Process concepts, with the ability to map and review workflows for improvement.Ability to elicit, define, and manage Business Requirements aligned with organizational objectives.Relevant tertiary qualification or ongoing studies in Business, Commerce, Information Systems, or a related field.Proficiency with productivity and analysis tools (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint; familiarity with data visualization tools is an advantage).Strong attention to detail, willingness to learn, and capacity to work effectively in a hybrid environment.
