Waiting Staff

As a member of the waiting staff at Cafe Latte , you will play a vital role in ensuring a pleasant and satisfying dining experience for our guests. Your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional customer service by assisting guests with their needs, taking and delivering orders, and maintaining a clean and organized dining area. You will work closely with the kitchen and other team members to deliver a seamless and memorable dining experience.

Responsibilities:

• Take accurate food and drink orders from guests and promptly relay them to the kitchen and bar staff.
• Anticipate and fulfill guest needs throughout their dining experience, such as refilling beverages, providing additional utensils, or accommodating special requests.
• Ensure the cleanliness and organization of tables, including clearing and resetting them for incoming guests

REQUIREMENTS:

• Fluent in English
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with guests and team members effectively.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Physical stamina and the ability to stand, walk, and carry trays for extended periods.
