Warehouse Operator

About the role

The key function of this position is to receive/dispatch goods from and to trucks and handle material movements inside and outside the warehouse.

Key responsibilities

• Receive, inspect and record incoming goods.

• Book materials into the ERP system.

• Print labels and apply them to the materials containers.

• Pick, pack and prepare orders for dispatch.

• Store and organise stock safely and efficiently.

• Update information into the ERP in a timely manner.

• Handle material movement within the manufacturing areas such as production and laboratories.

• Maintain accurate inventory and stock records.

• Conduct stock counts and report discrepancies or damaged goods.

• Coordinate with production, logistics and delivery teams to ensure the correct amount and the correct types of materials are sent to the production team on time.

About you

• Minimum of one year of working experience in the warehouse, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry.

• Ability to read and write in English.

• Ability to operate computers adequately.

• Forklift driving license is preferred.
