As part of our customer service team, you’ll be the first point of contact for our customers, helping deliver an outstanding experience from start to finish.

Your role will include:

• Assisting customers with inbound enquiries across phone, email and live chat channels - managing enquiries with confidence, professionalism and positivity.

• Delivering outstanding customer service to our customers - as the first point of contact for our valued customers, you’ll play a key role in creating lasting impressions, building trust, and ensuring every interaction exceeds expectations.

• Accurately manage and convert lead calls - processing customer bookings in a timely and efficient manner.

• Collaborate with internal teams to quickly resolve customer enquiries and provide seamless support.
