Experienced & Values Driven Positive Behaviour Support Practitioner

Melior is a not-for-profit organisation specialising exclusively in Positive Behaviour Support (PBS). We work across diverse and complex settings in WA, including NDIS, supported independent living, family homes, schools, hospital-to-home, youth justice and mental health, as well as undertaking psychometric assessments.

We’re looking for an experienced PBS Practitioner who wants to do thoughtful, high-quality work in a team that takes PBS seriously. At Melior, you’ll have the space, support and trust to build strong relationships, understand the whole person, and create plans that are practical, evidence-informed and genuinely useful in everyday life.

• You are an experienced and registered PBS Practitioner who is confident working with people with disability and complex support needs.
• You will enjoy working across varied environments such as homes, schools, workplaces, community settings, hospitals, justice settings and supported accommodation.
• You build trust with participants, families, support workers, clinicians and other stakeholders, including when conversations are complex or sensitive.
• Above all you will reflect Melior’s values and our inquisitive approach
