Design to Print International Pty Ltd is a specialist in the wide format graphics industry, based in Dingley Village. We're known for high standards in quality and craftsmanship — and we're looking for an experienced wide format print operator who wants to be part of a team that takes real pride in the work.

You'll report directly to the Production Manager and work closely with our Pre-Press operators and Account Management team — so clear communication and a collaborative mindset matter just as much as technical skill.

What you'll bring:

• Hands-on experience operating UV flatbeds, roll-fed printers, and Pro-cut equipment

• Skilled in finishing processes — mounting, laminating, car wrapping, and fabrication

• Installation experience is a bonus, but not essential

• Confidence maintaining a weekly maintenance schedule across printing and Pro-cut areas

• Ability to help develop and uphold a rigorous quality control and release standard

• Flexibility to work shifts or a rotational roster, including occasional early starts, later finishes, or weekend work when production demands it

Day to day, you'll also:

• Liaise with our account management and production teams to keep workflows moving smoothly

• Stay current with new stocks, methods, and materials sourced by the Production Department

• Work closely with the Production Manager and Account Service team on daily and weekly scheduling
