Assistant Centre Director

Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Full-time/part-time Assiatant Centre Leader for our Early Childhood Centres at Ermington (Being Ermington).

In order to qualify you have

• A diploma in Early Childhood Education
• Some experience in centre management, although not essential

You will be assisting the centre leader and take substantial responsibilty in

• the daily management of the centres including taking tours and communicating with the new families
• maintaining and implementing the company-wide IOP in your centres
• Delivering a unique educational program
• Building meaningful and rewarding relationships with families
• Using state-of-the art communication and record-keeping tools
• Working closely with the company support team in building attendance through community networks, and national attraction programs;

It is a must that you have

• Appropriate educational qualifications and some experience

Conditions and rewards

• Job Type: 30 - 38 Hours
• Full-time Salary: $80,000.00 to $90000 /year comensurate of your qualifications and experience
• Company-paid training for enhancing your leadership
